By creating an account or using the EMS platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You agree to use the EMS platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
You retain ownership of all business data (client records, transactions, invoices, etc.) that you enter into the EMS. However, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit this data as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
The EMS platform, including its code, design, logos, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Mwl Mazengo Enterprises Group Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mwl Mazengo Enterprises Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the EMS platform.
The EMS platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that could temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the EMS platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. We may retain your data as required by law.
The EMS platform integrates with third-party services (including Supabase, Resend, Africas Talking, Cloudinary, Render, and Vercel). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.
